Press Release January 2019 eZine of Modern Texts in Translation Translation Café No 194 under The University of Bucharest, in conjunction with The British Council, The Romanian Cultural Institute, and The Writers' Union of Romania, Announces the publication of Matei Vișniec Translated into English by MTTLC Graduate Cristina Popișter Parallel Texts               With these fragments of prose by Matei Vișniec published as Parallel Texts, in both Romanian and English, Translation Café continues the publication of books translated by students who have graduated from the MA Programme for the Translation of the Contemporary Literary Text in 2017.             The fragments of prose we are now publishing have been chosen and translated from Romanian into English by Cristina Popișter, as part of her Dissertation, defended in June 2017.
